Day 1: Pick up from the Airport
Once you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport, a Sky View Adventure driver will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to relax and unwind. Later in the evening, you'll participate in a tour briefing to prepare for the safari ahead. Your accommodation includes Bed & Breakfast amenities.
Day 2:Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Early morning after breakfast. We depart to Tarangire National Park. The Park is named after the Tarangire River which runs through it. This ‘river of warthogs’ is the only source of water for wildlife in the region during the dry season. In places, the vegetation is quite dense, including elephant grass and acacia woodlands. The Park is well known for its elephant families, which can often be seen congregating by the river. You may also see giraffe, bushbuck, and hartebeest. These animals are closely followed by a range of predators, including lions and leopards. There are more breeding species of birds found in Tarangire National Park than anywhere else on the planet. Home to Tanzania's largest population of elephants, Tarangire is the best place to see these gentle giants in their natural habitat – from the adorable calves all the way up to the intimidating bulls. After a packed lunch, we head for our accommodation for dinner and overnight stay in Karatu.

All meals included: Breakfast, Lunch,
Dinner Overnight: Campsite in Mto wa Mbu or Karatu
Day 3: Karatu Central Serengeti
Early after breakfast, your driver-guide will collect you, and your safari will commence. You'll drive through Serengeti National Park and transit through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Serengeti has an amazing landscape that earned it the Maasai name Serengeti —endless plains. In the evening, you'll enjoy a game drive in the Serengeti. Again, this is a great time to view wildlife, particularly the carnivores. Before dark, you will head off to your Campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
On this day of your 5 days Tanzania camping safari in the vast Serengeti plains, we'll take you for an early morning game drive with a packed breakfast and lunch box. This early morning drive offers a chance to spot some cat families on the road, avoiding the morning mist. You may also see nocturnal predators returning from their long night of hunting or a group of lionesses organizing a morning ambush or eating along the road. Later, you'll break for breakfast somewhere in the bush. If the Great Wildebeest Migration is in the Serengeti, you’ll head straight to their location and spend time observing their activities, such as fighting, hunting, eating, or even killing.

During the day, you can expect to spot predators like lions, leopards, hyenas, cheetahs, jackals, and more. Herds of buffalo, elephants, giraffes, warthogs, zebras, and many antelopes can also be seen wandering the Serengeti plains. In the late afternoon, during or before sunset, you'll drive back to the campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Then Arusha
On the final day of your 5 Days Tanzania Camping Safari, you'll start with an early breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater for a spectacular game drive. A picnic lunch will be served on the Crater floor, allowing you to enjoy your meal amidst the incredible scenery.

With its 600-meter-high walls, the Crater offers a unique environment where few animals migrate in and out. You can expect to see herds of African elephants, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, hippos, and the rare black rhino in their natural habitat.
Another highlight of this caldera is the dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which may require binoculars to spot.

You will also visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow salt lake located in the southwest corner of the Crater floor. This lake is frequently visited by flocks of flamingos and other aquatic birds, and you may also spot some hippos and other animals around the lake.

In the late afternoon, you will drive back to Arusha for drop-off at Kilimanjaro International Airport or for an overnight stay in Arusha. (Accommodation on this day can be included upon request at an extra cost).
